The organic essential oil eucalyptus by Neal's Yard Remedies is steam distilled from the leaves.

The eucalyptus essential oil:

● has as its main action the cleaning

● it is unifying and expansive

● it is a decongestant for the nose and head

● It is mixed ideally with fennel, pine and ravensara.

You can use it:

● in the bath: in a teaspoon of base oil or whole milk add 5-8 drops and then mix with water for your bath.

● for massage: in three tablespoons of base oil for massage, add 2-3 drops.

● for room atmosphere: put 2-4 drops, on a scented stone, in the vaporizer or in the diffuser.
