SHIPPING
Orders are shipped daily (except Sundays) and their delivery is completed within 1-5 days (depending on the area where the shipping address is located and the non-working days in between (Saturday / Sunday / holidays).
All shipments are made through the courier company XXXXXXXX. XXXXXXXXX has a system for tracking the course of shipments. For each shipment, a specific tracking number is given, which customers receive via text message (SMS), if this is contained in the information provided to us.

RETURNS
Customers have the right to return any of the products purchased within 14 days from the time of acquisition and request replacement of the product in case it is defective.

In this case, the customer declares that with his own diligence and care he will return to our company the product he has received through XXXXXXXXXXX at the recipient's charge (ie our company). We will ship the new product at our own expense (free of charge).

In case of refund, the purchase value of the product is credited to the customer within 14 days from the day it will be received (the return product) by our company.

The products must be delivered in the same condition as received by the customer, with their packaging, as well as the other documents (retail receipt) with which they were accompanied upon receipt.
