The organic essential oil cinnamon by Neal's Yard Remedies is steam distilled from the leaves of the tree.

The cinnamon essential oil:

● it is warming and invigorating

● helps digestion

● it is a strong antiseptic

● ideal for exhaust

Caution: Use sparingly on the skin as it may cause irritation.

● It is mixed perfectly with orange, frankincense and black pepper.

You can use it:

● in the bath: in a teaspoon of base oil or whole milk add 5-8 drops and then mix with water for your bath.

● for massage: in three tablespoons of base oil for massage, add 2-3 drops.

● for room atmosphere: put 2-4 drops, on a scented stone, in the vaporizer or in the diffuser.
