The organic cedawood essential oil by Neal's Yard Remedies is steam distilled from the wood.

The cedarwood essential oil:

● is highly astringent, antiseptic, antifungal

You can use it:

● in the bath: in a teaspoon of base oil or whole milk add 5-8 drops and then mix with water for your bath.

● for massage: in three tablespoons of base oil for massage, add 2-3 drops.

● for room atmosphere: put 2-4 drops on a scented stone, in the vaporizer or in the diffuser.
